The Cincinnati Chapter is currently one of the 10 oldest chapters in the National Black MBA Association with approximately 100 members. Our diverse membership demographics include a variety of industries including banking, health care, education, retail, automotive and a host of other career fields.

The Chapter brings together business professionals with a variety of skills in several fields in an effort to achieve the following objectives:

• To assist in the development of exceptional African-American professionals and business leaders;
• To enhance the business skills and professional awareness of our members;
• To sustain and strengthen the economic structure of the African-American community;
• To assist corporations in their efforts to recruit and retain minorities in positions that provide professional growth;
• To provide an avenue for development of future leaders in the African-American community.
