Michele L. Heath
President
Michele is a Senior Manager in Risk Advisory Services with Ernst & Young LLP. She also has worked at Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini in the management consulting practice. She is the leader of the Ohio Valley data analytic team. She has over ten years of experience in the information technology field with specific knowledge in planning, designing, managing and implementing large-scale projects. Michele’s experience focuses on business transformation, process analysis and reengineering, project management, change management, organization wide transitions and strategic planning with experience in the public sector, healthcare, and consumer retail products industries. Her emphasis over the last three years has focused on IT strategy and planning, IT Governance, IT controls, IT audits, post implementation reviews, and business process analysis.
Michele was a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class of XXXI as well as a member of the 2007 Forty under 40 class. She was also named a 2007 YWCA Rising Star. Her community involvement includes board memberships at YWCA, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Wesley Education Center for Family and Children, Cincinnati Works, and CET PBS. She is the Greater Southern Ohio President for the National Association of Black Accountants and National Black MBA Association Cincinnati Chapter. Michele is also actively involved in the Cincinnati Chapter of Links Inc., National Association for Female Executives, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Michele’s educational background includes a Bachelors of Industrial Management and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Akron. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in human resources and labor relations from The Ohio State University.

Lesley Azeba
VP of Administration
Lesley Azeba is currently employed at Procter & Gamble (P&G) where she works in Skin Care Research and Development (R&D) on Upstream Innovation for the Olay brand. Lesley is responsible for translating technical and consumer learning that drive new product innovation in the global skin care category. Her role includes designing, planning, and executing various aspects of the consumer and technical research learning plan. She is also active in the P&G African American R&D Community and sits on the leadership team for P&G’s Black Researcher Development Network.
Lesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Technology from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University.
Lesley is a Cincinnati native who also serves on the Leadership Council for King’s House Christian Center, where she is the Organizing Secretary. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and going to church.

LaSonya Uehlin
VP, Leaders of Tomorrow
LaSonya Uehlin is a Fraud Strategy Risk Manager at GE Money for Retail Consumer Finance clients. She has 21 years of experience with GE Money in various areas including Credit Services, Collections, Customer Service and Risk. LaSonya has focused the last 14 years of her career within Fraud Risk building Neural Network Technologies, Data Warehouses, managing Fraud Operations and utilizing her Six Sigma Black Belt certification to manage fraud projects.
LaSonya is originally from Akron, Oh. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science degree in Economic Crime Management from Utica College of Syracuse University.
LaSonya is very excited to be involved with building and co-leading the Leaders of Tomorrow program. She also volunteers her time to Girl Scouts of America, tutoring for Lincoln Heights Elementary School and various community service events.

Keith Johnson
Director of Leaders of Tomorrow Mentoring
Keith is President of On Point Business Solutions, Inc. and a "game changer" with a track record for delivering extraordinary results in both large and small organizations. Keith previously worked as an engineer and project manager at Procter and Gamble and helped develop product strategies for Ford Motor Company. Keith also led an industry leading HVAC Testing and Balancing service business to triple revenue in less than four years while providing energy saving and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified solutions.
In addition to volunteering with the National Black MBA Association, Keith is also involved with the Tri-County Toastmasters Club, the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati’s African-American Leadership Development Program (Class VII), Lincoln Heights Paracletos Jobs-Career-Business ministry and the Career Achievement Network.
Keith has a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Keith enjoys baking, lifting weights, playing cards and pretending to play golf.

Tosha Moorer
Director of Communication
Tosha Moorer, originally from Akron, OH, graduated Summa Cum Laude in June 2008 from the University of Cincinnati (UC) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and in September 2009 with a Master of Business Administration. Tosha was an Albert Yates Fellowship Recipient, Darwin T. Turner Scholar and Cincinnatus Scholar at UC, three of the most prestigious scholarship programs at the University. She completed the cooperative education program at UC where she had the opportunity to do four co-op rotations and an internship at two of the Big Four accounting firms. She also had the opportunity to study abroad in China in Fall 2008 and in Chile in March 2009.
Tosha was an active student on campus; she was the President of the UC Chapter and the overall Cinci Metro chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA), the Vice President of Finance for the UC Chapter of the National Association of Women MBAs, and the Chairperson of the Strategic Planning Committee for the Black Graduate Student Association at UC. She is the past President of ADVANCE, a professional development organization for students of color, and a past member of two honorary organizations, the Lambda Society and Sigma Phi.
Tosha has received many awards for academic talent and exceptional achievement including the NABA Distinguished Collegian Award, NABA Greater Southern Ohio and Central Region Scholarships, the Theodore Berry Award, and the John D. O’Bryant National Think Tank for Black Professionals on Predominantly White Campuses Award, and has been named an honorary individual in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

| Donnell Cathey
Director of Programming
Donnell is the Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Parker Enterprises LLC - The InnoTrans Group. Donnell has the reputation of being a "continuous innovator" and "electric motivator". His passions include creating a "thirst" among his constituents and clients and helping them to exceed beyond the new normal. Donnell has held significant leadership roles in global operations for GE Aviation, GE Healthcare, Clopay Corporation, and Harris Products, a division of Lincoln Electric. His most recent position was Vice President of Operations & Lean Manufacturing at IB Goodman Mfg, a family enterprise in Northern KY.
Donnell has been involved with Boy Scouts of America, African American Forum and Elfun organizations at GE, a trustee and ministry leader with Gray Road Church of Christ, a community committee volunteer with the city of Forest Park and a tutor at Lincoln Heights Elementary.
Donnell has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters of Business Administration - Global Management from University of Phoenix. He is a GE certified Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO lead auditor, certified root cause analysts, and certified sustainability consultant.
Donnell enjoys traveling, cooking, backyard parties, fishing and golf.

Jacinta Bates
Treasurer
JaCinta Batson is a Forensic Chemist currently employed with the Food and Drug Administration. JaCinta is responsible for developing new methodologies and training employees to improve agency efficiency. She has analyzed thousands of pieces of evidence and has testified in federal court as an expert witness for the government on her analytical findings. JaCinta has worked in partnership with many domestic agencies including the DEA and the FBI as well as several international agencies in the United Kingdom and Canada to accomplish FDA missions. The focus of her work over the last several years has been to protect the people of the United States from counterfeit pharmaceuticals.
JaCinta is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Wright State University, a Masters of Science degree in Chemistry from Wright State University and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Xavier University.

Alex Spencer
Membership Chair
Alex Spencer is a contract negotiator with the Department of Defense at Wright- Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. He was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Cincinnati. He is currently seeking a Master’s of Business Administration from Xavier University. Since 2000, he has devoted his energy to helping underprivileged high school seniors find ways and means to go to college. In 2000, he worked for a nonprofit organization whose goal was to positively impact inner-city communities on Cincinnati’s west side by cleaning up trash, landscaping public spaces, hanging up lights during Christmas, and tutoring kids after school. He also served as a science fair judge for Hughes High School for grades 9-11. In 2007, he volunteered with the Charles Yeiser Foundation to inform and educate parents and students on the foundation’s need based scholarship that pays the full tuition of any Cincinnati Public School student that stays in the state of Ohio to attend college. He has continued his efforts with the foundation and in his personal life to positively impact those around him and help others see the value of education.
